United Polaris is never worth 11,000. Would be much better to spend this amount on a different airline. United Polaris probably had one of the worst soft products out there in this class. Really sad that someone who spent this amount and has this level of loyalty is treated so poorly on United. Things won't change until United gets new leadership and enacts policies where employees are expected to provide acceptable levels of service.
Things won’t change until a significant number of people start voting with their feet and fly other airlines.
