Why did you do that? You would now get 4x for those same purchases (or 8x if you book through Chase).

The people who really get screwed are those of us who cruise a lot. I calculated that in the next two years alone we'll lose 400,000 points.

True for the most part, but there are a few sweet spots that I've found and will be able to take advantage of.

I'm finding the dining credit to be much harder since there are no options outside the U.S.
