Maybe short of someone in muc who could work down the back on the way back next morning, so the end up cancelling 2 flights, the outbound and the return?
If BA swapped in a 320 for a 319 but still only with the loads of a 319, would they really need extra crew? That doesn’t sound logical if the passenger count is the same.
