PHX-DCA/NonStop VS ORD Connection/7k MCE Exit Window Non Stop VS 19.5k Connecting FC?

Please help me decide. Note the 51 minute connection in ORD for the first class 19,500 mile flight??? I would leave PHX 45 minutes later if I take the First Class connecting flight, but I would arrive 3 hours later at DCA.
