Good evening

I've just tried to check in on the app for my flight to Athens tomorrow night. I usually get as far as not being able to download the boarding pass on my phone but this time I have got "We are unable to offer you online check in for this flight". I then tried the BA.com website and got the same reply. Is this just another documents check, the usual rubbish BA IT or something I should worry about?
