There's a carve out for Premiers, *G, etc. that their standard baggage allowance applies "when booked with their card". What card? Some credit card? Or are they referring to the Premier/*G "card" (aka FF#)?
The language is referring to Explorer / Quest / Club cardholders, who must use their card for the purchase in order to get their luggage benefits. For Premier / *G members, the only requirement is that their FF# be on the reservation.
