I'm really disappointed that it's almost 2026 and we still have so many IT problems with RUC/GUC's.
-Inability to check if they were applied right in the first place.
-Inability to make online flight changes to any itinerary with a GUC/RUC.
-Sometimes have to call in on a cancelled ticket to get a GUC/RUC back. Wonder how many of these passes have been burned over the years from people forgetting to do that.
