we were in UD two weeks ago. The BA staff are pretty miserable thinking they are going to be laid off, apparently it's not a nice working environment a bit of them and us, I think.

We had some breakfast and a beer. It was fine for us as we were transferring to Gatwick so had club lounge there anyway. What was more infuriating is that the GLA-LGW has been operated by Emerald so we were economy down to Gatwick and CW from Gatwick to CUN. If it was the usual BA jet we would have been CE to LGW and into the lomond lounge which is far nicer.

I'm not booked again until April and hope the BA lounge is up and running by then.
