Thank you, that's very helpful. I'm just thinking about another option. Since flying in C, LH allows 2 pieces of cabin luggage, which is enough for my vacation. In this case, and assuming that I can check-in for the KE flight online and having the boarding pass on my smartphone to present at transfer security, I could use the airside shuttle from T1 to T2 and skip immigration, right? But the KE flight is in Y, so I would need to check one of the two cabin bags. Is there any way to do that airside in T2? Maybe at the gate for the flight to OKA? I haven't traveled on KE so far and don't know how strict they are with cabin luggage.
