Just checked in for a 2 night stay. Gave up 2 nights at the HH Shibuya to check it out. Last minute trip booking so they only had twin beds available on points (23k per night). Staff is friendly. Wasn’t welcomed as a globalist, given any room upgrade when asked (there were some deluxe twin rooms available), or received any explanation of benefits. We also didn’t receive the welcome drink or gift that was advertised (I’ll go back and ask later). I did get 2 water cans.

The room is nice and new. It’s a bit on the smaller side with a tiny little sitting area, but it will do as a home base for us, and we usually spend most of our time exploring.
