Great point--they were able to look up my certificate number. But i've got a variety of dates that could work and am trying to use delta reserve 2-for-1 and availability is touch and go . . . definitely don't want to spend half an hour on the phone "okay, well how about this option?" when normally I can just look up a few dates on the computer. I am in no immediate rush to book, but it is quite remarkable that we're going on around a week of this bug not being resolved.
I think we're well into 2 weeks by now...
