Got text about schedule change and to accept or get refund or 5 yr credit. I chose to cancel and get refund for 2 affected flights. 3 days later I get another text about the same flight I thought I had canceled. Logon to.my account and flights still there. Canceled one of them again and nope its still there. Anyone else experiencing this ? is F9 just backlogged or having a refund meltdown ?
Did you get this settled? Obviously, Frontier IT is unstable. Chat can usually help for mistakes like this
