Ticket price was the same. Only advantage was they were able to book one of the legs straight into AA revenue A class with a GUF. Looking back I would have done this differently. I know that it is possible for airlines to take over TA bookings. Sometimes for a fee, which is fine. Just wondering is it is possible in this particular circumstance. And failing that, why are BA currently ignoring the TA’s request to make some simple changes? So if the TA is being straight with me, they’ve done all they can and the ball is in BA’s court. The shutdown excuse for BA sitting on this for over a week seems odd.
