The Port of Portland has been to Seoul and had discussions with Korean about starting a flight to Seoul. I think at the last Port meeting, they said they are confident that flight will start up by 2027. The KLM flight is going daily next year, so there is international demand, but I would guess Alaska will focus everything on SEA and not want to take any connections from there.
