I have partner award with AA & Qatar where Qatar had a schedule change and now AA flights won't arrive in time. AA messaged that they could not automatically rebook. So called and was told by phone and then by twitter that no award seats on AA to avoid a misconnect and nothing at all was offered to fly the itinerary. Is this something new? So is AA fine with leaving people SOL?
