Just a data point from me. Last Monday morning I flew NCL-LHR and a delayed departure meant that I missed my connection to JER. Put in an 261 claim a week later on the 20th Nov, 24 hours later I get a positive reply back agreeing to pay compensation (& expenses) and my bank app is now showing that the money will arrive on the 27th. Thumbs up to BA for this one, by far the easiest claim I have made over the years.
