Just a comment about Algeria air tickets. The country has a black market currency rate and an official rate. This causes some issues when trying to book. Google Flights will show the higher prices on major OTAs but if you refresh a few times you might get Trip.com or LY.com or smaller OTAs that seem to give the better rate.

I was looking at some ALG-NKC and was pricing at $350+ but got it via a shady OTA for $210.

Simple RT Y ticket. Not sure if it applies in this case, but playing with OTAs can give better rates.
