I stayed there recently, it`s a decent hotel, although we were initially given a standard room to the street, with the street lamp (the only one in the entire street it turned out!) was right in front of our window. this mattered because the rooms was too hot and AC could not be dialed down - but opening the window we would have bright light. we upgraded to a suite for 30E for the last night (despite being Globalist), which was much better and at least got us decent sleep. The hotel is OK for the price point, a good option, but I would definitely recommend to book a room with balcony, as this guarantees the quite garden side, or a suite. the rate differences are small.
for breakfast, there is a bakery right across, and a couple coffee shops nearby (we liked Harry`s). If you don`t fancy the walk to/from the metro, the 85 bus stops right in front and takes you across Paris (slow, but convenient)
I posted separately, beware of the city tax which Hyatt charged us on the prepaid rate, and we had to pay again at the hotel.
