I'd still say it's an error and maybe lazy or careless management. A standard room is outrageously priced.

Some IHG properties don't bother pricing the end of schedule, but that doesn't appear to be the case here since the next date has a normal price.

All these properties don't bother pricing the end of schedule - with varying high priced rates, just for an example. I'd think that they would be losing revenue to other hotels that do have "rooms available" toward the end of schedule, but I guess they don't want to miss out on the opportunity to gouge customers if an event comes to town on a date toward the end of schedule. This is really only an IHG thing. I don't see Hilton, Marriott, Accor, GHA, etc properties doing this.
