Seriously though. This has to be one of the worst examples of change management out there. Shoddy from cradle to grave. Not only is almost everyone unhappy with the changes but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to plan and manage in BAs new world made worse by systems and processes which are not robust enough to handle it.
It’s a dumpster fire wrapped up in outrageously inaccurate marketing material to attempt at making you feel good about this new ‘Club’ we are all a part of.
Is anyone at BA listening or do they care? I doubt it.
