For some DL certs like GUCs, I remember getting an email in the past confirming my selection and listing the numbers. If you can find such an email, you should be able to call DL and use the certs that way. IIRC the email also had the passcode. I vaguely remember the email sometimes arriving before the certs appeared in my account, so that this was a way to access them about a half hour after selection of the Choice Benefit.
