MVP can't select seat, ticket bought through Chase portal
this is a new one

Have bought many tickets through Chase over the years.

Bought a main cabin (not saver, checked twice) fare through Chase portal but when MVP tried to select seats, could not select preferred or exit rows. limited to rows in the 20s.

any ideas why this could be happening?
