Rows Missing in Seat Maps?
AY 21 on 29 August 2026.

When I enter my confirmation number to view the seat map for my flight on the AY app, the map skips from row 39 to row 51. Is that accurate?

When I try to view the seat map on the AY website, my trip doesn’t show up, and every time I try to add it with my AY confirmation number, I get a message stating “something went wrong, please try again later.” Should I be concerned?
