Just found this thread. I unfortuntaley transferred 400K points to JAL 5 days ago to take advantage of the 30% bonus, that have yet to be transferred. Several calls to C1 including speaking to supervisors, with some being sympathetic but totally useless! I ended up transferring some more points and of course they transferred instantly but not enough to book award flights.
To those whose points finally transferred did you get an email from C1 when that happened or just kept checking your airline account?
You will eventually get an email. My large transfers have taken anywhere from 3-6 days. But that was with Flying Blue and Turkish. Ultimately, JAL is new so not a lot of DPs to go off of in terms of how long they take.
