Washigatake Ski Resort has a hotel at the base, and for more territory combines with WhitePia. Bit old but not expensive.
Another resort with accommodation is Wing Hills. Focuses on budget beginners from Kansai region.

I assume Dynaland and Takasu also have nearby accommodation, but I'm not sure.

By the way, Takayama is a nice city to visit in winter. I went for the first time last year and enjoyed it.
