At T-2, my app at JFK(bound for SEA) showed $200 upgrade price. No wonder #13 leaped on the paid upgrade opportunity and trumped me for the last F seat. While I have no regrets, cheap upgrade price can happen for those who is willing to closely monitor its price, and pay for them.
