I believe it may be somewhat subjective in a situation like this where you could argue either way - but if you add a restricted 90 degree zone on either side of the flight path from LHR to MCT it would not be permitted (but this is purely guesswork). Heading to DUB would not be an issue, but I suspect that MAD may.
