I purchased Economy Deluxe tickets as a gold member, and I wanted to add bulkhead seats to this. Bulkhead seats are not considered extra leg room seats and therefore not included in the deluxe fare, costing $110 from the US to Abu Dhabi, before a 10% Gold member discount. I was wondering if I were to purchase these and subsequently use my free ticket cancellation (as part of the deluxe fare), would I also get the $99 bulkhead seat fee refunded?
