Of note was this new couscous(?) small plate that I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the copious amount of fresh dill used. Bread basked offered mid meal and cheese or ice cream offered after trays were cleared, as is standard for 1300mi+ flights. Crew, while being pretty junior, were great with a full pdb offered, initial drinks served very shortly after take off, and meal trays served only 45 mins after take off. Post meal, lead FA came through the aisle every 30 mins or so. Sent a compliment to AA for the good job done by the crew.

No need to send a compliment for an employee doing his basic job.
