Just to check, so if I pay business class upgrade with cash for double campaing booking, I get twice as many avios as I would normally get? So if the upgrade is 100 euros, Gold member gets 100 x 8 x 2 Avios and tier points for business upgrade? Or are there taxes or other fees included in the cash price upgrades?
