There's definitely people that do/have done something similar. I know of someone who used to fly to Dubai from New York every other week pre pandemic. He would leave New York on Thursday night, arrive in Dubai Friday evening. Spend 3 days there, and be back in New York by Tuesday morning. Spend a week in NY, then back to Dubai the following Thursday. He only flew F and had his assistant in J. Became iO quickly enough.
