On my return trip the special meal I requested was not loaded (request was sent in good time). The crew were very apologetic but not their fault

One of the crew did a fantastic job in putting a small plate together for me. I'll be writing to concierge team praising her.

Luckily I had a large meal at the Club at SFO before my flight, much better options compared to admirals club.
