Agree that the service in CE is generally much better than that on CW, but I have had good and bad on both (although no free champagne).
You can easily tell that the crews that everyone enjoys are succeeding in spite of the rules not because of them.
The ones working to rules and disposing of champagne while people are still drinking it are the ones who are thinking of making their own lives easier rather than delighting their customers.
