Had the smoky chorizo halibut on a flight a few days ago from HKG-YYZ and I have to say that is probably the best fish dish I have ever had on an airplane, perfectly cooked and beautiful to look at - would be happy to be served that in a restaurant.
That was pretty much the only thing that really impressed me about Cathay, between a 3 hour mechanical delay that pushed to a 6am departure, and super disinterested crews on every segment.
