This seems like as good a thread as any...
Is it just my luck or is there a general trend of (generally older) Homewood Suites properties having one elevator out of service? I'm running about 50/50, which if I were by myself wouldn't be a problem but when we're traveling with a dog makes things more complicated (long waits, more crowding, slower move in/out).
In contrast, I can't think of a single Residence Inn I've stayed in with an out of service elevator, even the older properties.
