Complete opposite to a recent experience of my own. Flight in CE where I overheard the CSM tell one of the crew to pour the remainder of the bottle of champagne away 45 minutes from landing. My wife and I were drinking champagne at the time and no offer made to us. It's things like that which really put me off flying BA. As is always stated, when the crew are good they are fab but the good ones are let down by others.
