DB acknowledged receipt and will advise:

"wir freuen uns, dass Sie eine Lufthansa Senator Credit Card beantragt haben. Wir werden Ihren Kreditkarten-Antrag so schnell wie möglich prüfen und uns per E-Mail wieder bei Ihnen melden."
