Spent 5 nights here recently on what I would say was an excellent award redemption rate of 93k points for 5 nights. Overall very impressed with this property. Won't do a full review as others have already done so, but will add a few points of my own:

Location
The hotel is in a good location right next to the Metro. There's a small food mall just down the street with a variety of different casual dining and fast food (including 24 hour Dim Sum Inc). Also walking distance to Kunningan City Mall. The main issue I found was if arriving by car from the south the u-turn lane is around 500m down the road past the hotel, so if there's traffic in one or both directions it could take a long time to go past the hotel, do a u-turn and come back. One night it took 20 mins to do this, would have been much quicker to get out on the other side of the road and walk over the overpass.

Elite treatment
Overall very good. Was "only" upgraded to a "larger room" but it was more than enough space. On arrival was informed that breakfast was apparently included in the rate (even for an award stay) so still offered 1000 points or a selection of snacks (took the points). Breakfast available in the lounge or the Seasonal Tastes restaurant. Small welcome gift of some chocolates and a fruit bowl in the room with a hand-written note.

Room
As mentioned was upgraded to a "larger room" which I found quite sufficient. Of course a renewal room or a suite would have been appreciated but I wasn't complaining especially for an award stay. It was one of the xx30 rooms down the end of the corridor behind the elevators. L-shaped with a large working area with desk, plus arm chair and a sofa. Floor to ceiling windows with a nice view north. Bathroom was huge with separated (by glass) toilet, separate shower, and a regular bath. AC was good although had to mess with the controls a bit on the first night to get it to work effectively. International plugs and USBs by the bed. Maybe the only issue was all the lighting, it was a bit tricky working out which switches controlled what but only a minor issue. Motorized drapes and sheers although they did let a bit of light in around the edges in the morning.

Lounge
Westin Club on the 65th floor probably one of the better ones I've been to. Open from 6am to 10pm. Breakfast available in the lounge. There's a pretty much constant rotation of food all day, you could definitely get by without ever leaving the hotel to eat. Light lunch spread and then I think another selection for afternoon tea. Dinner spread is themed each night (Korean, Indian, Chinese, Indonesian etc) with around 4 hot dishes in pots, a chef station serving a particular dish of the day such as noodles. Alcohol from 6-9pm including sparkling wine and selected cocktails. Outside of dinner/happy hour there were never very many people in the lounge. Staff fantastic and remembered me by name after about the second visit and also remembered my preferred alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink.

Breakfast
Won't go into too many details as others have covered but agree this is a great breakfast. The manager on duty Siti was fantastic and greeted us by name every day, with nothing seeming too much trouble. After establishing I was vegetarian offered to have the chef put together a plate of Indian vegetarian including fresh dosa.

Staff
Everyone we encountered were fantastic and super friendly. Lots of good mornings and hellos walking around the property. As mentioned the lounge staff were wonderful and the breakfast staff also great.

Pool
The pool is on the 50th floor and indoors so not really a nice place to hang out. The layout is a bit strange with a deeper long section with space for about two people to do laps, and then a much shallower section I guess for kids. The result is there's barely any space for anyone else to do anything if people are doing laps (which they were). Sauna and hot tub on the same floor but in a separate area.
