I'd agree team in Jericho in NY are a lot faster handling changes than anywhere else so much so that you would be concerned if they made the changes, but they always get it right. They are also a lot more experienced (last agent I spoke with was +10 years) and are sensible about things, your status is on the PNR so need to check anything else.
