Trying to add my baby to my household account but encountering errors

Hi there,

As the title says, this is my issue. I send the invite to the nominated e mail address for my baby, I accept it and provide the date of birth of the account holder (me) as requested. I'm then taken to a screen asking me (my baby) to sign up for executive club. I fill everything out and then I am consistently (since last night) getting the following error message:

Sorry, there's a problem with our systems. Please try again, and if it still doesn't work, you might want to try again later

Are there known system errors here or am I doing something wrong? I completed all of the fields and I can't see any option to skip this stage (I was concerned there might be issues as she is only six months old, but it's not chucking an error message to that regard). Does anyone have any advice?
