The lounges did seem to be available on the mezzanine level when I was there in June but didn't investigate.

I did think that for a brand new airport the configuration of the identity check and security scan setup in June was sub-optimal. The belts either side of the scanners were quite short, and the management of the trays to get them back to the start was completely manual.

Whilst I get that all these things cost money, and longer belts, better loading and unloading areas, and a system that manages the trays would be more expensive, I would have thought in the grand scale of the entire T3 project the extra cost of improved arrangements either side of the scanner would have been a decent passenger benefit. And of course once you've bought these things justifying their upgrade or new ones will be hard if the existing ones are not broken or failing.
