Hi,

Currently have a flight booked (multi-city if that matters) on KLM, booked through KLM, operated by a mix of train, KLM en AF planes.

I am 100% positive that when I bought it, there were options for SAF. However, I always buy this a couple days out at max, when it’s as sure as can be the trip will be ‘on’. I’ve purchased as late as 1 hour before boarding recently.

Right now, I checked on the KLM app, KLM website and AF website at it doesn’t give me any options at all.

Has anything changed or am I doing something wrong?
