Confirmed dead on the partners page:
"Effective October 7, 2025, Rocketmiles no longer offers the ability to earn Aeroplan points for hotel bookings made through their website."

I was really hoping this was going to be a way to rack up some SQC come next year. I guess they realized it too and stoped it before it could start.
