Everything else in the cabin looks unchanged. To add another economy row further aft, they would need to reduce the seat pitch to 28-29-inches, which is quite unlikely.
For the ATH-YUL sector that I was looking at, the seat selection fee for the extra space seats is $125 per seat. Regular seats are $75.
