similar story to last 2 posters - got approved for my EC261/2004 claim. Told i would get an email for e-transfer in 10 business days. 10 business days pass, nothing so email again, told it will be another week. BS about a new payer system and they are moving it to priority. Week passes nothing. A week later, call and told CR will call within 72 hours. That has passed. Such a farce! We are now 2 months since I submitted my claim. 30 days for them to respond, and now 30+ days for them to pay what they owe me! Prob time to file a complaint to the EU national agency.
