Last quirk from our segment runs last week. Getting segments/miles to post.
I had to contact Alaska to get both segments and miles to post correctly. For both the 5-segment ticket and separate 3-segment ticket, only the first 2 flights showed up as flown in my “points activity” (in both cases).
Customer service had to manually fix this. I was able to do this through the text chat no problem, and everything posted within 30 minutes.
Lastly, Gold status had updated when I turned my phone back on after our 10th flight landed last weekend
