(12) Not all Participating Properties participate in Nightly Upgrade Awards. Nightly Upgrade Awards are not redeemable at the following brands: Ritz-Carlton Reserve; The Ritz-Carlton Club; The Ritz-Carlton Residences; The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection; participating Design Hotels; StudioRes; Marriott Executive Apartments; All-Inclusive Resorts; Trailborn, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy; Marriott Vacation Club; Marriott Grand Residence Club; Sheraton Vacation Club; Westin Vacation Club; and at The Phoenician Residences, a Luxury Collection Residence Club, Scottsdale. As part of the exclusions outlined in the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy Terms (see Section 1.2.a.xxxvii), MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy also does not participate in Nightly Upgrade Awards. Tribute Portfolio properties that are part of the partnership with Delonix Group (See Section 1.2.xvii) do not participate in Nightly Upgrade Awards. In addition, Nightly Upgrade Awards are not redeemable at properties that do not participate in Marriott Bonvoy.
