Just called back got a US agent and the call flow was 100% as it should be. Efficient and friendly bag added in a few mins.

I got a survey later for the initial call which I have completed with a full response. Shame they don't have -10 to select for every answer.

If they ever get rid of the US call centre we are screwed.
