perhaps a one off but on a recent visit to SAN sapphire lounge food quality deteriorated significantly since my visits early this year - burger patties were extremely thin and charred to crisp (!), various small dishes were tasteless or oversalted or had some other issues, fridge with soda was barely functioning with near room temperature, prosecco was also not chilled enough.. it was quite a quality contrast after eating earlier in SEA N lounge...
