We celebrated a couple of October birthdays with a Churro Cake from Urban Cookies in Scottsdale. Vanilla cake rolled in cinnamon sugar, cream cheese icing, topped with cinnamon sugar. OMG. One relative (in her 60s) said it was the best cake she's ever had. I would be hard pressed to disagree. I forgot to take pics until after it was cut.
